Shipping & Returns

Your purchase will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If you need something by a specific date please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Every product is handmade and packaged with care to ensure a safe arrival.  Once your item is ready, you will receive an automated email with the estimated delivery date, shipping method, and tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to become live. Please contact us immediately if your piece arrives damaged, and we will be more than happy to replace the item. You will need to send photographs of the broken piece in the original packaging.

 

We hope your purchase puts a smile on your face. All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that each piece is handmade and may have slight differences in color and form from the photos in the online shop.  These differences are part of the appeal and charm of handmade products. Please let us know about any damages ASAP.  We will replace lost or damaged orders.  We hope is that you receive a piece that you can enjoy and use for a lifetime!
